Our bags are made from PBAT (a compostable polymer) vegetable starch, making them100% biodegradable. They WON'T leave behind any pollutants of break down into microplastics like regular biodegradable bags made from EPI or oxo- biodegradable plasticthat can remain in our environment for hundreds of years.

Bags meet the ASTM D6400 & EN 13432 Certification standards that guarantee them to be fully compostable for home or industrial plant facilities. Bags will fully break down in compost conditions in 180 days and fully biodegrade in other environments in 24 months so you can feel good about cleaning up after your pup knowing the bag will fully biodegrade in any environment, even a landfill.
** tip: to prevent tearing a hole into the bag, simply tear the sticker in half instead of trying to remove the sticker
